Had a great stay with good breakfasts and cozy rooms. The hotel location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. It was very clean and had excellent security. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The price was reasonable and the facilities were above average. We appreciated the lockable cupboards and the mosquito nets in the rooms. the Wi-Fi was good and was accessible in most areas of the hotel.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access due to the poor condition of the roads, especially during the rainy season. The noise level in the rooms from the outside was noticeable, especially when other guests were arriving and leaving.

Had a wonderful Christmas here! the food was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and a good mosquito net. the location was really convenient, just a short distance from one of Uganda's national parks. An added bonus was the beautiful mountain views from the hotel.
That the WiFi wasn't very reliable, but it was adequate for checking emails. it was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first, as it's located off the main road, but that's to be expected in Uganda.
